Monday Squats

Crossfit

Today we did a strength workout that I really like. It's

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

I did:
OHS: 65-70-75-80-85-90(fx3)
FS: 95-100-105-110
BS: 115-120--125-127.5

Only 1 PR of only 2.5 pounds on the back squat since November 9, 2010.

Endurance:

2 minutes on/1 minute off x 5 rounds.
