Max Back Squats

Crossfit WOD

85-95-105-110-115
need to work on reaching back far enough w/ hips

Wod @ 85#: 2 back squat on the minute for 10 minutes, exploding from the bottom of the squat.

Crossfit Endurance: Nothing today. I have 3 meetings spread out during the day.
